Position Overview We have immediate openings for: C-Level Technicians (Almost a B to Intermediate) B-Level Technicians (Experienced) A-Level Technicians (Master Level)

Experience:
1 to 3 years
Certifications:
Basic automotive training or willingness to obtain ASE certifications First one in 90 days (Training materials provided and cost reimbursement•)
Responsibilities:
Routine maintenance services (advanced in basics of oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks) Basic repair procedures (brake pads/rotors, batteries, filters) Basic suspension and cooling system repairs Vehicle inspections and preliminary diagnostics
Performance Expectations:
25-35 billable hours weekly (60-75% efficiency) Proper tool selection and damage mitigation during repairs and service Accurate documentation and communication essential Must use and read service data Professional development mindset B-Level Technician (Experienced)
Experience:
3+ years professional automotive experience
Responsibilities:
Complex system diagnosis and repair (engine, transmission, electrical) Computer system diagnostics and programming Component rebuilds and major repairs Teambuilding with C-Level technicians Customer communication when needed
Performance Expectations:
35-45 billable hours weekly (80-90% efficiency) Under 3% comeback rate due to technician error not bad part Detailed documentation and repair planning Proper tool usage with minimal breakage A-Level Technician (Master Level)
Experience:
7+ years with proven expertise
Certifications:
ASE Master Technician or equivalent specialization
Responsibilities:
Most complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs Specialized procedures and custom solutions Technical training and mentoring Shop technical resource and problem-solving Advanced customer consultation
Performance Expectations:
45-60+ billable hours weekly (100%+ efficiency) Under 1.5% comeback rate due to technician error not bad part Expert-level damage prevention Comprehensive technical documentation Leadership in continuous improvement

$47,000•$86,000/year
