Compensation:

$18-35/hr (based on experience and responsibilities, opportunities for advancement)

Prepare and replace windshields Calibrate ADAS systems, tune windshields and auto glass Dispose of old windshields and urethane Maintain high standard of quality work Maintain clean and safe work environment Acquire and manage new business accounts Manage other employees and work crews as assigned Complete other duties as assigned, such as minor auto body repairs and glass tint installation Requirements of an

Automotive Glass Technician:

2+ years' experience in vehicle windshield and glass installation High school diploma Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Experience working with and/or leading an auto glass repair team preferred Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed, 200 lbs with assistance Residential and/or commercial glass installation considered Clean driving record Able to pass drug testing and background check Benefits of being an
