About Don's Auto Center Don's Auto Center is seeking an experienced A-Level or Master Automotive Technician in Lawrence, Kansas. This opportunity offers $115,000-$130,000 in annual earning potential plus bonus opportunities and a flexible Monday-Friday schedule. Join a busy AAA-approved repair shop servicing domestic and import vehicles, with ongoing training, ASE support, and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. $115K-$130K annual earning potential + bonus Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling Busy AAA-approved repair shop Domestic and import vehicles Ongoing training and ASE support Relocation package available for qualified candidates Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns Repair Domestic and import vehicles Complete brake, suspension, drivetrain, and general repairs Use diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify vehicle concerns Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity Work with Service Advisors and technicians to keep repairs moving Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience 5+ years of advanced diagnostic experience Experience working on all makes and models Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to work effectively as part of a professional repair team Compensation & Benefits Bi-weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO ASE certification reimbursement Ongoing training and Lunch & Learns Uniforms provided Relocation package available for qualified candidates Additional Requirements Some positions may require a valid driver's license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client's lawful requirements, and applicable law.
