Duties Safely transport and park customer and dealership vehicles both inside the service area and outdoors, ensuring proper handling of standard passenger cars and other vehicles. Assist with vehicle delivery and pickup, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all interactions. Support the service team by moving vehicles between service bays, wash areas, and storage lots efficiently. Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about vehicle status, and directing them to appropriate staff members. Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or parking fees, utilizing retail math skills and cash handling procedures. Perform outdoor work including heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area, including valet parking zones and vehicle staging areas. Skills Strong guest services and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently; valid driver's license required. Experience with manual transmissions and driving various vehicle types is advantageous. Capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions safely. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively. Familiarity with automotive service processes, valet parking procedures, and delivery driver responsibilities. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs; proficiency in multiple languages enhances guest interactions.
