Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends 7:30am - 6pm Hourly pay to start transitioning to flat rate Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation time Responsibilities for the automotive transmission technician include: Remove and install transmissions according to factory specifications Identify transmissions and torque converters Flush transmission coolers and verify proper flow Inspect ground straps, flywheel condition, and dowel pins Perform final inspections to ensure all procedures are completed correctly and safely for the customer, vehicle, and transmission Preferred qualifications of the technician: 1+ years of experience as a shop technician Ability to remove and replace (R&R) transmissions Join Certified Transmission and work with a team that values quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
