We are looking for a dependable and motivated Technician Assistant to support our service department and help our technicians keep vehicles running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and gaining hands-on automotive experience. Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Responsibilities Assist technicians with basic automotive maintenance and repair tasks. Help prepare vehicles for service and maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with moving vehicles throughout the service department as needed. Help organize tools, equipment, and shop supplies. Follow safety procedures and dealership guidelines. Learn basic automotive service skills and support the team as needed. Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. Qualifications Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn. Dependable, hardworking, and motivated attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Previous automotive, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.
