Tire & Lube Technician:

Efficient and thorough basic and full service oil changes on vehicles. Clean, complete, no comebacks High-volume tire work (cars, trucks, ag equipment, medium/heavy duty, lawn & garden) Dismount, mount, balance, patch, and rotate tires Complete multiple work orders daily in a fast paced environment Assist other team members when needed in order to complete jobs Maintain a clean and organized work space What We're Looking For in a

Tire & Lube Technician:

Efficient worker who takes pride in doing the job right the first time Team player with good communication Able to stay on your feet and handle a fast-paced shop all day Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Not afraid to work and jump right in Experience is a plus; will train the right motivated candidate For strong performers, pay can increase after 90 days based on output, attendance, and quality.
