We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Facilities and Fleet Technician to keep our program homes and company vehicles safe, functional, and running smoothly. What you'll do: Handle general property repairs — plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, basic carpentry, and flooring Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on homes and vehicles Complete oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other routine vehicle service Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using code readers and diagnostic tools Document work orders, repairs, and service records Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent facility or fleet needs What we're looking for: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass all background checks General maintenance and basic automotive knowledge Comfortable with hand/power tools and basic tech (smartphone, computer) Reliable, coachable, and willing to ask questions and learn
