Don Franklin Corbin Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Toyota Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to quality service, while providing an engaging and rewarding work environment for your professional growth. Pay rate/structure will be based on verifiable work history and level of certification. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota vehicles, including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, and more Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electronic issues accurately Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and vehicle inspections Repair advanced systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and powertrain components Work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools to complete tasks effectively Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while adhering to dealership standards Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and timely service Skills Proven dealership experience as a certified technician with a strong background in automotive repair Expertise in automotive diagnostics using industry-standard schematics and diagnostic software Skilled in automotive electrical systems, suspension systems repair, brake repair, oil changes, and alignment services Mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and vehicle maintenance techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Experience working in the automotive repair industry with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join our team to become part of a thriving organization that values your skills and dedication.
