OTR Technician:
Remove, install, and perform repairs on a wide variety of off-the-road equipment tires, encompassing sizes from small lawn equipment to oversized rock quarry trucks. Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipment. Evaluate tire and rim conditions to determine if repair or replacement is needed. Provide fleet inspections at customer locations to make tire recommendations to keep their equipment running in optimal condition. Perform Emergency On-Site Service to repair/replace OTR tires. Prepare paperwork on-site detailing what services were performed. Effectively communicate fleet needs with Service Managers and Sales. Operate heavy-duty service trucks and hydraulic manipulator hands. Operate and maintain hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Safely operate all shop and mobile tools and machinery in accordance with applicable safety standards. Maintain Company Vehicles to D.O.T. standard
What We're Looking For:
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. Industrial or Farm tire experience Must have a valid driver's license; driving record must meet company's insurance requirements. The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.

Detail Oriented:
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Must pass DOT medical certificate if applicable. Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
