JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Services Operations Specialist supports the operational readiness of fleet assets at the Kentucky Yard. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing trucks and equipment for redeployment. Working in rugged outdoor conditions, the specialist coordinates with logistics personnel, mechanics, and fleet professionals to ensure timely turnaround and job-readiness of all fleet assets.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and document returned vehicles and equipment; conduct thorough inspections and coordinate findings with Fleet and Equipment teams.- Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and skid steers to move equipment safely and efficiently throughout the yard.
- Clean and prepare trucks and equipment to meet job-readiness standards prior to redeployment.
- Verify and update documentation including registrations and maintenance records using B2W, Excel, and Outlook.
- Assist mechanics with light maintenance tasks and preventive repairs to support overall fleet uptime.
