Experienced Automotive Technician Tired of Being Just Another Number? My name is Brenden, and I started Limitless Auto & Diesel because I wanted to build the kind of repair shop I would have wanted to work in. A place where people are respected, quality comes first, and hard work is appreciated. We've built a great team, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for the right technician to join us. We're not looking to fill a spot just to fill a spot. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to be part of a great team, and is looking for a place they can call home for years to come. What We Offer $65,000 to $135,000+ per year Flat rate pay No weekends Every Friday off at noon Paid time off Retirement plan Paid training and continuing education Tuition reimbursement Employee discount Modern, clean, well equipped shop Digital inspections and organized workflow A team that genuinely cares about each other What You'll Be Doing You'll work on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles performing everything from routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs. We work on gas vehicles and light to medium duty diesel trucks. We believe in testing vehicles correctly, communicating honestly with customers, and performing repairs the right way the first time. If you're someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, you'll fit in well here. What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience in a repair shop Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities Experience accurately testing and diagnosing vehicle concerns Your own tools Valid driver's license Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Someone who works well independently and as part of a team Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work Professional shop experience is required. Personal vehicle repair or hobby experience does not qualify for this position. Diesel experience is a plus, but it is not required.
