Full-Time Are you an experienced CDJR Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience and a passion for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles? We're looking for a highly skilled professionals to join our team and help deliver top-tier service to our customers. Position Overview As a CDJR Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with a focus on complex diesel and transmission systems . This role requires advanced technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on CDJR vehicles Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines (Cummins experience preferred) Diagnose and repair automatic and manual transmission concerns Complete work efficiently while meeting dealership standards Maintain accurate service documentation Collaborate with service advisors and team members Mentor and assist lower-level technicians when needed Qualifications Phase 3 (or equivalent) Technician certification and three years CDJR experience Strong experience with diesel diagnostics and repair Extensive knowledge of transmission systems Proficient with OEM diagnostic tools and service software Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced shop environment Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship Preferred Experience FCA/Stellantis certifications Cummins diesel engine repair experience ASE certifications (a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses Paid Time Off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and certification support Modern shop with updated equipment Positive, team-oriented work environment Brand new wide shop with Air Conditioning and new Equiptment.
