Key Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle concerns with a strong focus on drivability and automotive diagnostics Perform testing to accurately identify mechanical and vehicle-performance issues Complete automotive repairs based on confirmed diagnostic findings Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools to support accurate troubleshooting Perform and document digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric Work efficiently within a high-volume automotive repair environment Maintain accurate repair information and communicate findings through the shop's workflow Qualifications 5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Advanced automotive diagnostic and drivability skills Experience testing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle concerns Ability to work across a varied mix of domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles Comfortable using automotive diagnostic equipment and scan tools Digital vehicle inspection experience is helpful but not required ASE certifications are not required Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $35/hour Pay schedule: Weekly Production bonus: 35 billed hours — $200 bonus Production bonus: 40 billed hours — $300 bonus Production bonus: 45 billed hours — $400 bonus Production bonus: 50 billed hours — $600 bonus Production bonus: 55 billed hours — $800 bonus Production bonus: 60 billed hours — $1,000 bonus Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance PTO Paid holidays IRA retirement benefit ASE reimbursement Toolbox relocation assistance Why Work Here?
