Express technicians can be expected to complete tasks such as lubrication, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, and inspections. The ideal candidate for this job would be someone who has prior experience in the automotive industry although not required. They should also be able to stand, lift, and be on their feet for long periods of time.

Express Technician Job Duties:

Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services and inspections. Communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor. Address fellow teammates and customers with patience and respect. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Aptitude to take direction and mentoring from others. Participate in progressive training programs. Maintain store cleanliness to Performance Automotive Network's standards. Follow all Performance Automotive Network standard work flow processes. Promote a safe work environment. Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools to Performance Automotive Network standards. Complete any other assigned tasks delegated by Store Management. Express Technician Requirements A High School education or equivalent required. 1-2 years of practical experience is a plus in a dealership or aftermarket shop. Completion of an automotive technology course is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking under pressure. Ability to communicate well with others. Possess a valid driver's license w/good driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check prior to employment
