I'm Moe, owner of Car Fix Louisville, and we're looking for an experienced technician to join our team. This is NOT an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already understands automotive repair, takes pride in their work, and wants to work in a busy shop where they have the opportunity to produce and earn.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Professional automotive repair experience Ability to consistently produce 40+ flagged hours per week Strong mechanical diagnostic ability Electrical diagnostic experience is a major plus Ability to perform complete vehicle inspections Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems and maintenance Engine and drivability repairs Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to read wiring diagrams Proper diagnostic procedures — not just throwing parts at a vehicle Strong attention to quality control Good communication with service advisors Dependable and organized Takes ownership of their work ASE certifications are a plus, but real-world ability, experience and production matter more to us than certificates alone.

COMPENSATION

Experienced technicians can earn $80,000-$120,000+ per year depending on experience, skill level and production. We are willing to pay for the right technician. If you're currently earning $40-$50+ per flagged hour and producing strong hours, we want to talk to you.
