Job Summary We are seeking a high-performing Automotive A Technician to join our growing GM dealership service team . The ideal candidate is a master-level technician with strong diagnostic skills, extensive GM experience, and a commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles, including electrical, engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and drivability concerns Accurately diagnose complex vehicle issues using GM scan tools and service information Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Road test vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs Follow all manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures Document findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and accurately Mentor and assist B and C technicians when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current with GM training, technical bulletins, and repair procedures Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (GM experience strongly preferred) GM Master Technician or equivalent certifications preferred ASE certifications strongly preferred Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own professional-grade tools What We Offer Competitive pay with strong earning potential Steady workflow and consistent hours Paid GM factory training and ongoing development Modern shop with updated equipment and diagnostic tools Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Supportive management and a team-focused culture
