Kentucky State Parks is pleased to offer an opportunity working on a beautiful park in historic Springfield, Kentucky. We are currently accepting applications for an Auto Technician I to join and work with the Park's Golf Maintenance Department at Lincoln Homestead State Park. If you are a team player and enjoy repairing golf carts, mowers, and a variety of other mechanical and automotive equipment then this position might be for you. This is a full-time position, offering numerous benefits with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maintaining all equipment; inspecting both diesel and gas operating equipment. Diagnosing and repairing equipment. Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and maintaining logs. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Maintaining parts inventory. EDUCATION

Must have two years of automotive and/or equipment repair technical experience. Substitute
