We proudly offer a wide selection of brands including Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Kawasaki, Can-Am, Indian Motorcycle, Sea-Doo, and Stihl, providing new and used motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, along with comprehensive parts and service departments. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Powersports Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform expert repairs and maintenance on a variety of powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and more. Your skills will ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair engines, electrical systems, suspension components, brakes, and mechanical systems on powersports vehicles using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge. Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, assembly work, and vehicle inspections. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs accurately. Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and accurately for efficient repairs. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures and providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance or upgrades. Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Lift heavy parts or vehicles safely during repairs while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proven dealership experience with powersports or automotive repair preferred. Extensive service technician experience with engine system repair across various vehicle types. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive engines, electrical diagnostics, suspension systems, brakes, and welding techniques. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with motorcycle operation and all-terrain vehicle repair. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting efficiently and accurately. Experience with assembly work on new or repaired vehicles is a plus.
