Starting at $15.00 / hour (Higher rates available for Apprentice-Level experience) Job Summary Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a stable, full-time career in the automotive industry? We are seeking an Express Service Technician to join a busy dealership team in Baton Rouge! In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance, quick services, and basic routine inspections. Whether you are entry-level with basic automotive knowledge or bring hands-on apprentice experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skill set with a supportive team. Bi-lingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance:

Perform quick-service tasks including lube, oil, and filter changes.

Tire & Battery Service:

Execute tire rotations, basic tire repairs, battery testing, and replacements.

Fluid & Multi-Point Checks:

Inspect and top off essential vehicle fluids; perform standard multi-point safety inspections.

Shop Efficiency:

Work safely and efficiently to maintain fast turn-around times for customer vehicles.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience Level:

Entry-level candidates with general mechanical knowledge are welcome! Higher starting pay offered for candidate with apprentice-level shop experience.

Languages:

Spanish speakers preferred (Se Habla Español), but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Attributes:

Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
