Duties:

This position involves a substantial amount of overtime and working on call, servicing equipment in all types of weather and, periodically, at random locations. Employee will be required to always adhere to all safety regulations within TanMar, and that of our customers.

Other responsibilities include:

Provide maintenance service to entire fleet of equipment and maintain fleet service records and vehicle inspection reports. Diagnose and repair tractor/trailer air brake and ABS systems. Rebuild, repair, and replace major components and systems including, but not limited to engines, transmissions, suspensions, etc. Inspect and diagnose hydraulic systems. Perform all general labor duties as needed throughout the day.

Requirements:

2 years hands on experience Mack/VOLVO Certifications are a plus. Knowledge of John Deere Engines and Cornell Pumps a plus VCads and WiTECH knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of SCR and DPF EPA Type II (Preferred) Ability to inspect and diagnose hydraulic systems. Experience with A/C and Electrical General tools needed. Ability to pass a drug screening test.
