Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems. Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and related systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to improve handling and safety standards. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for electrical system troubleshooting and repairs. Service vehicle electrical systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other complex vehicle systems with attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair environments. Strong familiarity with schematics interpretation and automotive wiring diagrams. Experience working with ADAS technology, automotive electrical systems, and vehicle transmission system repair. Mechanical knowledge spanning vehicle maintenance, suspension systems, powertrain components, and diesel engine repair. Skilled in using automotive diagnostic tools and understanding automotive diagnostics procedures. Hands-on experience with vehicle alignment procedures and auto estimating software is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance devices.
