What We're Looking For Experienced Automotive Technician 5+ years of hands-on IN SHOP automotive repair experience preferred Strong foundation in general repair, maintenance, and diagnostics Strong Diagnostic Skills You should be comfortable diagnosing and repairing a wide range of issues—not just replacing parts. We're looking for someone who can test properly, think through problems, and fix vehicles right the first time. Broad Vehicle Experience Experience working on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles is preferred. Professional, Team-Oriented Attitude We want someone who works well with others, communicates clearly, and takes pride in being part of a solid team. Comfortable with Technology You should be comfortable using shop software, digital inspections, tablets, or mobile devices as part of a modern repair process.
