Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. Fast paced environment. Looking to grow and fill our brand new shop. We are one of the busiest shops in Acadiana and we are looking for techs to grow with us. The ideal candidate should have expertise in automotive diagnostics, automotive service, powertrain, hand tools, schematics, power tools, maintenance, and automotive electrical systems.

Duties:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and testing of new vehicles for functionality.
• Utilize computer diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and service.
• Experience working with Honda vehicles is a plus.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and components.
• Proficient in using hand tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics.
• Competence in operating power tools for repair tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair automotive electrical systems effectively.
