Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Alignment Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments and diagnosing vehicle suspension and steering systems to ensure optimal vehicle handling, safety, and performance. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers by maintaining the highest standards of automotive repair and maintenance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles, utilizing advanced alignment equipment. Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, and wheel alignment issues using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical components related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and other vehicle systems. Perform mechanical repairs such as engine system diagnostics, engine repair, powertrain servicing, and diesel engine repairs as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of all diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed using automotive diagnostic software. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service experience. Experience Proven dealership experience or similar automotive repair background with a focus on alignment and suspension systems. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive engine systems, electrical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience working with ADAS technology, automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and electronic diagnostics tools. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is advantageous but not required. Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, heavy lifting techniques, welding, and general mechanical repair is preferred. Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately while working independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship, safety standards, and excellent customer service skills. Pay:
