Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms. Working knowledge of automotive shop management software. ASE certification is highly valued but not required. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a smile and create a welcoming environment from the moment they walk through our doors. Perform thorough walk-around inspections to identify vehicle needs and document them clearly. Maintain open, honest communication with clients regarding repair timelines and cost estimates. Coordinate with our technician team to ensure work is completed to our high safety and quality standards. Keep our shop database organized and accurate so we can provide consistent service every time. Follow up with clients after their service is complete to ensure they are fully satisfied with the work done.
