RV Masters specializes in the repair and maintenance of RVs, trucks, and trailers. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented technician with basic diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work and has experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or other skilled trades. Individuals who consider themselves "jack-of-all-trades" often excel in the RV industry. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV electrical systems (AC/DC), plumbing, and HVAC Locate and repair weather-related leaks Perform general woodworking, cabinet repair, and interior painting Install and replace doors, windows, seals, and gaskets Perform accessory installations Complete preventative maintenance on customer and company equipment Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed Conduct general and detailed inspections Troubleshoot appliances and utilize proper testing equipment Perform roof maintenance and apply body seals Use manufacturer technical support resources when necessary Identify additional potential issues during the repair process (big-picture awareness) Document prior damage, and take clear, detailed photos of all repair stages Notify parts manager of low or depleted consumables Obtain and maintain RVDA Certification, LP Certification, and others as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Accurately track and document time spent on repairs Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Basic diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar trades Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Ability to use standard testing and diagnostic tools Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications Physical ability to climb, lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions Why Join Us Opportunity to grow and develop specialized skills in a fast-growing industry Supportive team environment Hands-on, varied work—no two days are the same
