Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their automotive needs are met. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between customers and technicians. Duties Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required on each vehicle with the technicians. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up communications. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Stay updated on dealership policies, mechanical knowledge, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. Managing payroll and paying bills Experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within an automotive shop is preferred. Mechanical knowledge Familiarity with auto service management systems is a plus. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers without technical backgrounds.
