Detail Technician Starting Pay:

$18+ per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability Job description: MW Auto Pros is hiring an experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer for a full-time, multi-service production position. Applicants must have professional automotive tinting experience and be capable of completing quality installations with limited supervision. This is not a tint-only position . Tint installation will be a major responsibility, but the employee will also wash, prepare, polish, and ceramic-coat vehicles when tint work is not scheduled. Responsibilities Install automotive window film Remove existing film when necessary Complete clean, consistent installations Identify and correct installation defects Prepare vehicles for tint and ceramic coatings Wash and decontaminate vehicles Perform or learn paint polishing Apply ceramic coatings Inspect completed work for quality Protect and safely move customer vehicles Clean and organize the shop Properly care for tools, film, chemicals, and equipment Follow MW Auto Pros processes and quality standards Requirements 2 years + professional automotive tinting experience Ability to tint complete vehicles independently Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to accept feedback and follow shop processes Willingness to perform coating and detailing work Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Professional and respectful attitude Ability to perform physical work throughout the day Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour, determined by demonstrated tint quality, speed, experience, dependability, and overall fit. Applicants must complete a paid tinting skills evaluation before receiving a final employment offer. Claimed experience alone will not determine starting pay. Raises are based on demonstrated skill, quality, efficiency, dependability, and increased responsibility not time employed alone.
