Our leading technician has averaged approximately 12 billed hours per working day YTD while working an 8-hour day. We've had a technician earn the equivalent of $115 per actual hour worked during a 40-hour week because of our production-based sliding pay scale. The more you produce, the higher your rate — and that rate applies to ALL billed hours for the week. We Keep Technicians Producing You won't spend your day doing oil changes, tires, inspections, writing estimates or talking to customers.

A shop foreman handling diagnostics Service advisors handling inspections, estimates and customers A separate quick-lube facility handling maintenance, tires and oil changes Strong existing repair volume Your job is to fix cars and turn hours. We're Looking for ONE Technician This isn't a position for someone learning to become an A-Tech. We're looking for an experienced Master/A-Level technician who can handle major repairs independently, beat book time without sacrificing quality, and wants to be paid for production.
