Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose and repair trucks, trailers, pickups, heavy equipment, and specialized construction equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and pre-inspections ahead of state inspections. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues across fleet and construction equipment. Maintain hydraulic and electric concrete-cutting equipment, including road saws, wall saws, and core drills. Assist with equipment modifications, fabrication, and custom repair solutions when needed. Complete field service and road calls as necessary while maintaining a safe, organized shop.

Requirements Required:

Hands-on mechanical experience with vehicles, heavy equipment, specialized equipment, or a comparable repair environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Experience performing preventive maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs. Ability to diagnose unfamiliar equipment problems and develop practical repair solutions. Comfortable assisting with fabrication, equipment modifications, and field or road-call repairs when needed. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Candidates with different combinations of relevant mechanical experience will be considered. #PJ1

Compensation:

$25.00 - $30.00+ per hour based on experience and qualifications Overtime available and paid after 40 hours per week
