HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
Hourly pay, $90K to $120K a year based on experience. Health insurance, 50/50 split through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with the option to add your family. Simple IRA with a year-end employer contribution, so retirement isn't something you're figuring out on your own. No Weekends! Paid vacation , starting at 1 week your first year and growing to 2 weeks your second. Sign-on bonus available for the right tech. Bring real experience, and we'll talk. ✓

ABOUT ARBORWAY
Arborway Auto was founded in 1971 by Sal Zirilli. His son Mike joined the shop in 1988 and has been running daily operations for over 25 years. Today, Mike's own son works alongside him as a service advisor, which makes this a genuine third generation family business. We've never had to run a single ad to bring customers through the door. Word of mouth and 55 years of honest work have built a loyal customer base, a steady flow of work, and a shop where the best techs stay for decades. We're not trying to be the biggest shop in Boston. We're trying to be the one you don't want to leave.
