Truck & Aerial Lift Mechanic Boston, MA | Full-Time A Boston-based construction company is seeking an experienced Truck & Aerial Lift Mechanic to join our team. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on mechanic familiar with TeamViewer who has experience servicing commercial trucks, hydraulic systems, and aerial lift equipment. TeamViewer experience is an important qualification for this role. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who can work independently and understands the importance of keeping a busy fleet safe, reliable, and operational. Key Qualifications Familiarity and experience with TeamViewer Strong knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic troubleshooting Experience with aerial lift operation, maintenance, and repair Previous experience as a truck, diesel, fleet, heavy-equipment, or construction-equipment mechanic Experience working on Freightliner, Ford, and/or Isuzu trucks Experience in a construction, logistics, transportation, or fleet environment Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs Valid driver's license Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial trucks, including Freightliner, Ford, and Isuzu Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aerial lifts and related equipment Utilize TeamViewer for troubleshooting and support Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Identify necessary repairs and work to minimize vehicle and equipment downtime Maintain accurate service and repair records Coordinate maintenance and repairs within a busy construction and logistics operation Ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in safe operating condition Additional Experience That's a Plus Commercial fleet and diesel repair experience Aerial lift or MEWP training/certification Experience maintaining truck-mounted equipment Italian-speaking ability Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay commensurate with experience Full benefits package available Full-time position Additional compensation and benefit details to be provided Join Our Team This is a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role in keeping a busy construction operation running.
