Job description:
In this role, you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring each vehicle receives the necessary maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally. If you have a passion for automotive service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their service needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions. Write clear and accurate repair orders and estimates based on customer concerns and technician inspections. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, including cost estimates and timelines. Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Upsell additional services and preventative maintenance when appropriate, based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations. Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and vehicle repairs. Ensure a clean and organized service desk area. Stay up to date on vehicle recalls, service bulletins, and dealership promotions.
Qualifications:
Service writing experience. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Tekion an advantage Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:

HCBOS Pay:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
