This role combines hands-on vehicle repair expertise with facilities maintenance responsibilities, ensuring our fleet and property are in top condition. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive repair, enjoys working on a variety of mechanical systems, and is eager to contribute to a safe, efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas while supporting our operational needs. Duties Conduct diagnostic assessments using automotive schematics and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Service vehicles through oil changes, tire rotations, breaks, shocks & struts replacement, and other routine maintenance tasks. Maintain facilities by troubleshooting mechanical systems, repairing equipment, and performing general maintenance tasks like lighting, plumbing, or HVAC issues. Use hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Skills Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with dealership or heavy equipment mechanics background preferred. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, alignments, shocks & struts replacement, brake repair, and auto electrical systems.
