Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Flat Rate Ford Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles, utilizing your extensive mechanical expertise to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Your dedication will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the continued reputation of our dealership as a leader in automotive excellence. No weekends and no nights required!!! Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and suspension components. Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions. Perform engine repairs, including diesel engine maintenance and automotive engine system repairs, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, wheel balancing, and electrical system troubleshooting. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics for complex electrical repairs and system integrations. Use power tools, hand tools, and manual handling techniques safely and efficiently during repairs. Maintain detailed service records, complete repair reports, and ensure all work adheres to safety standards. Experience Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair, preferably with Ford or similar brands. Extensive knowledge of automotive engine technology, powertrain systems, and vehicle electrical systems. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools. Skilled in vehicle maintenance procedures, and the use of power tools for mechanical repairs. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), automotive wiring diagram interpretation, and heavy-duty vehicle repairs is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to provide professional support to clients. Pay:
$40.00 - $75.00 per hour
