Express/Lube Technician - Starting at $16-$18/hr. (Based on Experience)

Starting Pay:

Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and light bulb replacements Tire services: rotation, replacement, balancing, and sensor replacement 2- and 4-wheel alignments Perform Ford recalls, including software updates Complete multi-point inspections and fluid top-offs Maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with shop equipment maintenance Other tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of automotive experience ( Ford experience is a plus ) Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, kneel, or squat throughout the day Basic computer skills Own power and hand tools Manual transmission driving is a plus Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required Ford Field Service Action certified is a plus, but not required
