Ford Mobile Service Technician - $20- 30/hr. depending on experience | No Weekends Holyoke, MA | Monday-Friday, Day Shift | No nights or weekends Marcotte Ford, a proud family-owned dealership in Holyoke, is looking for an Entry- to Mid-Level Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Service Team! This is a great opportunity to take your express-level skills on the road and represent Marcotte Ford directly at customer locations. You'll work from a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service van performing on-site maintenance and light repairs while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations, including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations and replacements Battery testing and replacement Wiper blades, light bulbs, and minor repairs Ford recalls and software updates Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings with the Service Team Maintain an organized, fully stocked service vehicle Ensure professional, customer-focused interactions during every visit Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

Requirements:

1-3 years of automotive experience (Ford experience a plus) Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Basic computer skills for repair documentation Mobile Service Truck is fully stocked with all necessary tools Ford certifications or training a plus Apply today and become part of a dealership that values teamwork, customer care, and community!
