$70,000-$90,000+ Annual Earnings | Full-Time Turn Your Automotive Experience Into a Career With Us Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to build customer trust, identify service needs, and keep a busy service department moving? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. If you're confident working with customers, organized under pressure, and motivated by both customer satisfaction and earning potential , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience Greet customers promptly and professionally. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs. Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted automotive resource. Respond promptly to customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels. Manage Service Appointments Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Collect customer and vehicle information before appointments. Prepare for incoming customers and coordinate with the service team to keep workflow moving. Identify & Recommend Needed Services Review vehicle service history and identify recommended maintenance and repairs. Explain manufacturer-recommended maintenance and the value of proper vehicle care. Identify additional needed services while maintaining a customer-first approach. Clearly communicate recommendations without using high-pressure sales tactics. Prepare Estimates & Earn Customer Approval Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, maintenance, and repairs. Clearly explain recommended work, costs, and expected completion times. Obtain proper customer authorization before additional work is performed. Maintain dealership standards for hours per repair order while delivering quality service. Keep Customers Informed Monitor repair progress and communicate updates throughout the service process. Notify customers promptly about changes to repair recommendations, costs, or completion times. Set clear expectations and make sure customers know the status of their vehicle. Deliver Quality & Customer Satisfaction Verify completed repairs and ensure customer concerns have been addressed. Help minimize comebacks through attention to detail and effective communication. Work toward consistently meeting or exceeding dealership and manufacturer customer-satisfaction standards. What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Positive, professional attitude Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality Why Join Our Team?
