Job Description
Lexington Toyota is the best sales and service dealership in greater Boston and we are adding technicians to accommodate our ever-growing clientele.. We only want reliable technicians who take pride in their work and will uphold the reputation of Lexington Toyota. Tech responsibilities (based on skill level): Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment. Perform automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, and brake systems. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Utilize power and hand tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Maintain a safe, clean and productive work area Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Adhere to safety protocols while working with heavy lifting equipment and materials. Experience Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various power tools and hand tools. A background in vehicle maintenance, auto repair or automotive education is mandatory. We want you to join our team!
