Pay starts at $23-$50/hr flat rate, based on your experience and efficiency. This opportunity could be for you! Please apply and join our team! The Role To perform vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards; accurately and efficiently troubleshoots and diagnoses safety, drivability and other vehicle concerns relating to all systems

Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance PTO Paid holidays 401(k) matching Supportive team Paid manufacturing training Up-to-date facilities and equipment 36 bays Minimum of 100 appointments per day ( so there's no shortage of work ) Great history of returning customers Team of experienced Service Advisors Collaborative team environment Job Duties Perform work as outlined on repair order, escalate as needed Able to effectively communicate with team and customers, as needed Verify and diagnose concerns or vehicle malfunctions, present findings to service advisor and perform repairs, if authorized Perform preventative maintenance services as requested Thoroughly inspect each vehicle, perform an electronic and video multi point inspection. Complete used car checks on internal vehicles; perform approved repairs and complete appropriate paperwork for each vehicle For new vehicles for sale - perform manufacturer recommended pre-delivery inspection, complete state inspection and emission testing, set tire pressures specified for the vehicle, perform health check and clear codes. Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts, to order parts or to get pricing for approval. Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer. Inform service advisor if vehicle is down awaiting parts Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed, or to duplicate concerns for repairs Document time and work performed on each vehicle on the Repair Order Perform state inspections and emissions testing on vehicles; enter sticker numbers into computer, complete state inspection and emission paperwork and reports, provide the customer with a copy and keep a copy for our records Obtain approval from management for warranty work when applicability needs to be verified Education High school diploma or the equivalent ASE certification preferred Automotive technology degree; knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Physical Requirements Ability to work in all weather conditions, this position requires you to be indoors and outdoors frequently throughout the day Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work with and around machinery Ability to stand, bend or reach for extended periods of time Exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and fumes from vehicles Qualifications Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles as well as larger trucks and fleet vehicles Manual dexterity, good judgment, and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safety Basic computer skills and communication skills Valid driver's license and a safe driving record according to dealership standards Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Must have own tools Note - Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check, negative pre-employment drug screen and clean driving record.
