• Friday work week. Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive routine maintenance, including fluid services, tire operations, and brake system repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues related to powertrain, transmission, and modern ADAS systems.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and effectively communicate technical findings to service advisors and customers.
• Work collaboratively with our service team to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and workflow. Requirements
• Proven professional experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge and proficiency in diagnosing automotive electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair powertrain and transmission components.
• Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration and diagnostics.
• Must possess a complete set of personal tools.
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is highly preferred.
• Ford or Lincoln manufacturer certifications are a major plus.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
