What You'll Do Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle concerns Perform brake, steering, suspension, cooling system, and drivability repairs Troubleshoot electrical and engine performance issues Utilize scan tools, testing equipment, and service information to identify root causes Verify repairs through testing and quality inspections Vehicle Maintenance & Service Perform maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections Identify and recommend needed repairs and maintenance services Maintain accurate repair and inspection documentation Customer & Team Support Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly Assist service advisors with accurate repair information Support and collaborate with fellow technicians Help less experienced technicians when needed Quality, Safety & Productivity Maintain high-quality workmanship while achieving productivity goals Follow company safety policies and manufacturer repair procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional Minimize comebacks through accurate diagnosis and repairs What We're Looking For Required Skills ✅ Advanced Diagnostic & Troubleshooting Skills ✅ Brake, Steering, and Suspension Repair ✅ Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair ✅ Engine Performance and Drivability Diagnostics ✅ A/C and Cooling System Service & Repair Desired Skills ✅ ASE Certifications (A4-A8 Preferred) ✅ CAN Bus and Network Diagnostics ✅ Alignment and Advanced Suspension Experience ✅ Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) Experience ✅ Ability to Mentor and Assist Junior Technicians Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to independently complete most repair orders Own basic technician tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications ASE Certifications Advanced electrical diagnostic experience Alignment certification or experience Experience with shop management and inspection software Leadership or mentoring experience What Success Looks Like Our top-performing
