Job Description
Pepperell, Massachusetts Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Full-Time | Family-Owned Oil & Propane Company We are looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help keep our fleet safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and correct mechanical issues in a timely and safe manner
- Inspect vehicles and address deficiencies reported by drivers
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inspection paperwork
- Ensure vehicles comply with company, state, and federal safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair facility Qualifications
- Experience in diesel or fleet maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- CDL and/or relevant certifications are a plus What We Offer
