Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate mechanical and electrical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Honda factory standards and dealership guidelines. Complete thorough multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI) to identify and document safety, maintenance, and repair needs. Clearly document diagnostic steps, cause, correction, and parts required on all repair orders (ROs). Communicate proactively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department regarding repair timelines, additional findings, or parts availability. Conduct proper quality-control road tests to verify repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bay while properly accounting for shop tools and specialized equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Honda Experience /

Certification:

Current or recent Honda/Acura factory training (Certified, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) or equivalent dealership-level Asian import experience strongly preferred.

Track Record:

2+ years of professional dealership or high-line independent automotive repair experience.

Tools:

Must possess own set of professional tools appropriate for the technician level.

Valid Driver's License:

Clean driving record and valid license required.

Professional Standards:

Strong diagnostic mindset, pride in workmanship, and solid communication skills.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
