Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly while providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and other critical components to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Execute routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and tire service to maintain vehicle longevity. Repair or replace air brakes, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other specialized systems with precision and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for mechanical repairs while adhering to safety standards. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical problems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair across various makes and models. Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with manufacturer-specific procedures. Knowledge of ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, auto body repair, welding, and GM vehicle systems is advantageous. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Mechanical knowledge of transmissions, oil change procedures, powertrain components, suspension systems, wheel alignment, brake repair, shocks & struts, and tire service. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Certification in automotive electrical systems or related fields is a plus; ongoing training or ASE certification is encouraged. Join us if you're passionate about automotive excellence!
