Pride Hyundai of Seekonk is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Hyundai or Kia experience a plus! Our department is growing and we need an additional team member to handle increased volume. Join our growing, energetic, fun, fast paced dealership as a service advisor. Work with a highly qualified and skilled team, assisting our customers with their service needs, while developing loyalty and trust. Experience dealing with extended service contract companies and manufacturer warranty claims is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting guests with service needs Scheduling appointments Able to Multi-Task with Day to Day work Flow Work independently within a team environment Service Follow-up Assist customers to solve any complaints or concerns Outstanding customer service abilities Dealing with extended service contract companies and adjusters Properly document, close out repair orders and collect payment at time of delivery Please forward your resume and cover letter via e-mail for consideration.
