• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Responsibilities
• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged components
• Utilize schematics and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Align vehicles and perform wheel balancing
• Complete diesel engine repairs and powertrain maintenance
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs
• Requirements
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• Must have worked in a shop environment for a minimum of 3 years
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
• Familiarity with automotive service procedures
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship program in automotive service is a plus
