No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry. Duties Perform routine oil changes and automotive fluid replacements using standard hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your teammates. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions when needed. Requirements Enthusiasm for automotive repair, maintenance, and customer service. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive components is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of tire service or mechanical tasks. Dealership or mechanic experience is a plus but not required; we value motivation to learn! Basic understanding of standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
