Company Overview Bridgewater Motor Works specializes in dealership-level repairs and maintenance for luxury European vehicles, including brands such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz. Our team is composed of ASE certified master technicians who utilize factory diagnostic tools and technical information to deliver exceptional service in a customer-focused environment. Job Overview European Automobile Service Technician Build a Career Working on Some of the Greatest Cars Ever Made Based in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts and operating for over 42 years. Bridgewater Motor Works almost exclusively services on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, and Mini vehicles—all with the benefit of the factory diagnostic equipment, service information and tools. This is not a volume shop. This is not an entry level position. Must be "B" or "A" tech. This is a place where craftsmanship matters, problems are solved the right way, and technicians build real careers. Led by the owner , our team brings together more than 90 years of hands-on European Car experience. We take pride in the work, the clients, and the standard we hold ourselves to. As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right technician to grow with us.
Who This Is For :
You don't need to know everything. You do need to care. We're open to technicians at different stages: Experienced Audi, BMW, or Mercedes technicians Strong automotive technicians looking to specialize If you're detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and want to become elite at what you do, we'll invest in you.
What You'll Do:
Work on European vehicles across all generations Diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues Learn directly from experienced Mercedes and BMW specialists Focus on doing the job right—not just fast Occasionally interact with clients to explain work and build trust
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of automotive service experience Some European car experience is required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently within a team environment Professional attitude and a drive to continuously improve Why Bridgewater Motor Works?
